How is delivery charged?

Delivery is calculated at checkout from your district. Dhaka and outside-Dhaka rates can differ.

Can I track an order without logging in?

Yes. Use the order tracking page with your order number and delivery phone number to see public status details.

Can I exchange a size?

Because products are printed to order, buyer-selected size exchanges are limited. Damaged, incorrect, or defective products are handled through the returns policy.

Who creates the artwork?

Products are published by approved local artist shops. Sellers must submit original artwork or content they have rights to use.
