vibe90s products are usually printed after checkout, so returns are handled differently from ready-stock retail. We support customers when an item is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
Limited exchanges
Buyer-selected size, color, or address mistakes may not qualify because the item was produced for that order.
Proof needed
Contact support with your order number, product photos, packaging photos, and a short issue summary.
